Designed to equip participants with the skills needed to plan for growth specifically in the food industry.
Successful product development and scale up leads to growth.This workshop will cover the following:
Identifying gaps in the market
Exploring different sales channels
Understanding the impact of growth
Advice will be provided about the implications and risks resulting from growth which can affect various aspects of your business. Key things to consider include facility and other infrastructure needs, technical and operational requirements such as staffing skills, equipment and packaging and ensuring profit.
Lunch will be provided.
