What does it do?

West Cheshire College can help you develop your business through Apprenticeships. As part of our service we create and promote your Apprenticeship vacancy and support you throughout the recruitment process with our candidate matching and sifting service. We also have a talent pool of young people who have completed their initial training and are ready to start an Apprenticeship.

What will the benefits be for me?
Apprenticeships are a good way to spot and nurture talent and can be particularly useful to support a business in the early stages of growth.

Apprentices can improve productivity and help to improve the quality of businesses products and services.

If you are an organisation employing less than 50 employees you may be eligible for an Age Grant of £1500 if you employ an Apprentice aged between 16-24 years.

How much will it cost

Costs vary dependant on the Apprenticeship Framework and the age of the Apprentice. Full funding is currently available to cover all training costs for 16-18 year old Apprentices
