Innovation 2 Commercialisation
University of Chester
Create, develop and benefit from new products, processes and services
- Step 1: Foundation – In the first stage of the process, I2C provides you with the organisational tools you need for successful new project development.
- Step 2: Technical Intervention – This stage provides you with access to specialist equipment, engineers, academics and bespoke support services. You are supported to create a jointly agreed innovation plan, which sets out the scope of development, timescales and deliverables, leading to a prototype.
- Step 3: Advanced Intervention – By this point, your innovation will be well advanced and you will understand the innovation pathways within your organisation and you will have been able to exploit the facilities and support offered by the University of Chester.
If you are an SME registered or trading within Cheshire and Warrington, with less than €50 million turnover and fewer than 250 employees, you can apply to I2C.
